It tells you the 3D angle between any line, and another line rotated by that Quat.
(0,45,45) sort of says to aim the turret 45 degrees sideways, then 45 degrees up. When you measured the _diagonal_ angle that makes with the original, you got 62 degrees. It's a little like hypotenuse.
Say you are facing a certain way and have 30 degrees of perhiprial vision. Checking if the angle between your facing and the angle to anything else is less than 30, that gives you a
