Blurry windows / tabs / workspaces in the editor

This also happens to me too, all the time. Whenever I save any of my scene or project, the "Scene" and the "Game" tabs get blurry along with the side tabs they have with them. My PC specification is old, thus I use low quality and low configs most of the time, but even in ultra settings that blur happens. The editors' UI shouldn't get blurry for changing the in-game quality. I think the glitch happens because of the software's (unity's) UI optimization algorithm by default, which is not expected as editor's UI is never a performance issue for in-game performance, so that fake optimization or glitch should be fixed.
