'OnMouseDown' not update ?

Hi... I want to make drag gameobject with another object will follow it. My problem is when the following object stuck at collider, i can't drag it anymore... at console, 'OnMouseDown' not update... what wrong with this script ?

 using UnityEngine;
 using System.Collections;

 public class Target : MonoBehaviour {
 

     private bool mouse = false;

     void Start () {
         mouse = false;
     }
     void Update(){
         if (mouse == true) {
             Vector2 curScreenPoint = new Vector2 (Input.mousePosition.x, 
                         Input.mousePosition.y);
             Vector2 curPosition = Camera.main.ScreenToWorldPoint (curScreenPoint);
             transform.position = curPosition;
         }
     }
     void OnMouseDown(){ 
         mouse = true;
         Debug.Log ("yes!yes!");
     } 
     void OnMouseUp(){
         mouse = !true;
         Debug.Log ("no!no!");
     }
 }

What does this means: when the following object stuck at collider ? Can you please clarify ?

I'm sorry... make you all confuse... i'm new in Unity and C#.. Actually, what i want to do is 'On$$anonymous$$ouseDown', i can drag the ball. If ball stuck at collider (blue color) or ball hit sun (ball will go to start). 'On$$anonymous$$ouseUp' target (red color on ball) will go to ball even if the ball is moving.Please correct me if I am wrong .. :)
