Standard shader not included in stand alone build?

Hi, Im using standard shader to all my materials and and when I try to build it, it doesn't working, only in editor. I know my problem can be solve by adding the standard shader in (Project Settings > Graphics > Always included shader) but is there another way to do this? if I add the standard shader it takes another 40mb size which is ridiculous considering my game is only 43mb and the build time takes longer. Or this is my only option to include it in
