problem with Nature/Soft Occlusion Leaves shader replacement/override with bending.

I have created a vegetation leaves shader where it generate sin waves on the texture billboards itself, giving it a wavy effect(undersea). I know terrain paint on vegetations already have bending on it, which bends the mesh back and forth along with the billboards, so when I replaced vegetation shader over the occlusion/leaves shader, the vegetation doesn't seem to bend with the bark anymore. Is there any place I can see the occlusion/leaves shader some where, where I can just add the wavy sin waves in that shader?
