link GUI slider to shader opacity

Hi, I'm totally new in scripting. I've tryed allready to search answers, but have no results. Guys, can u help me with that script (complete, just to paste)? So language is: C#. I have couple meshes with childs, and different standart shaders with textures and opacity. So I need to place couple GUI sliders and link it to shaders opacity parametrs. Thank you very much for help!
