Unity crashes

i made a scoreboard script but when someone gets a kill and then hold tab to show the scoreboard it crashes instantly without showing the scoreboard, the scoreboard updates it self whenever the parent gameobject is disabled or enabled i only have this for the scoreboard to show:

 if (Input.GetKey(KeyCode.Tab) && !pause)
             {
                 scoreboardMenu.SetActive(true);
                 playerPause.sPause = true;
             }

i tryed to comment out the "playerPause.sPause = true;" but still it crashes when it gets shown, this is my scoreboard script:

         {

         while (Content.transform.childCount > 0)
         {
             Transform c = Content.transform.GetChild(0);
             c.SetParent(null);  // Become Batman
             Destroy(c.gameObject);
         }

         playersInfo.playersInfo = playersInfo.playersInfo.OrderBy(x => x.Kills).ToList();

         {
             GameObject newPlayerInfo = Instantiate(PlayerNKDL) as GameObject;
             newPlayerInfo.transform.localScale = new Vector3(1, 1, 1);
             ScoreboardTexts text = newPlayerInfo.GetComponent<ScoreboardTexts>();
             text.playerNameText.text = player.PlayerName;
             text.playerKillsText.text = player.Kills.ToString();
             text.playerDeathsText.text = player.Deaths.ToString();
             text.playerLatencyText.text = player.Latency.ToString();
             newPlayerInfo.transform.SetParent(Content);
             newPlayerInfo.transform.localScale = new Vector3(1, 1, 1);
         }
     }
 }

when a player gets a kill i see in the UI Text in the Hierarchy where it shows how many kills i have and its 1 so it updated it and doesent crash but when i hold tab to enable the gameobject so the scoreboard shows inside the game unity just crashes
