I have a problem with textures when importing into unity from 3DS Max

Whenever I import the model into unity, I get what looks like a wet suit. I have included screenshots of what it should look like and what it looks like in Unity. Sorry if the quality of them is crappy. I used the windows print screen thing. I have tried lighting the scene and it doesn't help. I need to fix this. It is quite frustrating.
