Cant accept asset store agreement

So i was trying to download assets from the asset store in unity 5 , when the user agreement popped up. This happens every time i need to download a asset. There is no "accept" or "ok" or anything it just won't let me download. I asked my brother who has made many games on unity and he had no idea. I spent a solid hour trying lots of different things but nothing worked. Pls help
