Unity 5 physics change from Unity 4 help!

Hi, I upgraded my project from unity 4.6 to unity 5 and the physics have completely changed (see attached picture) I cant work out why or how to get them back to working in the way they did in Unity 4. Its just a simple box collider sliding along a terrain with both physical materials having very little friction. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! !

Make sure you have any constraints turned off.alt text
