Unity Game object with stop move up and down position in meta world Camera

I have used 3d Game Object in my Scene, and i have used t$$anonymous$$rd person camera,when i place my 3d game object in particular position, When i move the camera,the object position should be changed and the object to travel with camera surface [game object follows '+' symbol surface, here i attach that file]. how can i stop game object up and down position.i need placed my game object without any movement[some fixed position,it is similar to marker less surface tracking].
