Xbox 360 gamepad numbers mixed up

I have 2 Xbox 360 gamepads connected and I have set up input for joystick 1 & 2. But the Xbox player 1 is controlling player 2 in the game and Xbox player 2 is controlling player 1 in the game.

I'm using 5.2.1 and Windows 10.

Can someone pls comment this? Its an old post but im having the exat same Problem
