is it possible to have a ragdoll head following target?

I downloaded the head look controller.. would love that my ragdolls follow with their heads a target. Is that possible? Because after setting up the head controller i just get the ragdoll heads spinning without control.. so I'm searching for another way.. any help? please! ;)
