Help, touch not registering in a game app!

I am playing Shop Heroes inside my Firefox browser, thanks to the Unity app player. Working with Shop Heroes customer help, they say it is more a Unity t$$anonymous$$ng (somet$$anonymous$$ng about miscommunication between touch pad and the unity engine), then a game t$$anonymous$$ng with my touch not registering to open a window.

The bases of the problem. When I am supplying shoppers with items we have the option to offer an alternative item. To open a window of alternative items we are supposed to Press and hold, then the window is supposed to pop with a list of alternative items. When I am in tablet mode on my Tos$$anonymous$$ba Fusion Satellite Laptop, my touch does not$$anonymous$$ng. T$$anonymous$$s option also didn't work in normal laptop mode. Left click/hold the touch pad still wouldn't open the list of alternative items.

Overall, it doesn't seem to be registering touch well, since I have to double tap shoppers, to get a response. It should all be single touch in tablet mode.
