Screen Build moved?

I do not understand what may have caused this problem, but the editor is quite normal, when I create the build and I start the whole screen moves down. As in these images:

I realized that changes according to the resolution that imposed the opening is more low more screen descends, most is taller than is normal, but how can I prevent it?
