Why won't Unity update/work?

I play a game called Vega Conflict and every time i load the game it says update failed. It then gives me the option to install manually. I deleted Unity Web Player from my computer and then reinstalled it. Restarted my computer and it still won't work. What is the problem?

Most browsers no longer support the interface required by the Unity web players and many other browser plugins. That's likely the issue you're having. You'll need to use an older browser or a browser that supports the NPAPI interface.
