Embedding a game onto a website with XAMPP and PHP

Hello everyone, I just have a quick question. I am trying to embed a game onto my website using php; the following is my code (without the echos from php):

I have the game files stored in my htdocs directory of xampp. Whenever I try to run the game I get the Unity loading screen but it never loads. I have tried this with an empty project and I get the same results so the loading time shouldn't be an issue. Does anyone have any tips for me on what I'm doing wrong? Thank you for taking a moment to look this over!
