Reseting ArrayPrefs2?

Hi. I'm using Array Prefs 2 and I'm running into a (non-fatal) error that says "Corrupt preference file for..." whatever array I'm storing. Is there any way to clear the plugin's cache or something in order to get rid of this issue? Thanks.
