Model TextureBlurring Effect (Optimization)

Heya Guys My Game Really needs Some Optimizing and i Came Up With a Idea How to Do so. This is How it works: The Further Objects(FromThePlayer) are Being Disabled And On Their Place are Textures Of Them. Which You Can Change The Resolution in The Script. So By Doing this it doesnt Have To Load Them and Take Some Memory. Also i Want it So You Can Set The Distance Of The Effect. So If Anyone Knows How To make The Script Set It In The Comments Bellow. :) Thanks For The Help.

Also If You Know any Tricks How To Optimize The Game(Increase Performance) Let me Know.
