Laggy Photon, problem

Hello. I have a problem with Photon.. namely i created a network script (connect, and spawn player), so everything works without problem but it's so laggy. You can look how it looks on movie, link here -> https://youtu.be/Ox-D8NYue48 Thanks in advance.

You just need to interpolate the movement on remote clients, this tutorial covers one technique to achieve this http://www.paladinstudios.com/2014/05/08/how-to-create-an-online-multiplayer-game-with-photon-unity-networking/

Em, now when I implemented interpolation from your link to my movement script I don't see movement of spaceship (on client, connected player not moving ; on connected player client don't moving). Spaceship is moving but i can't see it.

This should clear it up, the scripting starts at around 12 mins, but I would suggest watching the whole video.
