How to recall [InitializeOnLoad] without any changes inside script

Hello everyone,

I'm struggling with finding a way to recall (forcing recompile) [InitializeOnLoad]. Do you guys have any ideas for this? My situation is that I read in a XML file to create components before run time, and when I update the XML file (let's say it add 1 more node representing one more component), I have to make one change in my script so that it can be recompile and add that extra component to my list. I want to create a [MenuItem] that every time I click on that button, it should recall the [InitializeOnLoad] for me.

  [MenuItem("MyButton/Refresh Lesson Controller")]
                   static void RefreshLessonController(){
             EditorApplication.update ();
         }

I have tried AssetDatabase.Refresh() and other methods related to Editor script but nothing works for me. Thanks in advance!
