In my game I load for every level a map a stored in a png file. I place the object according to the color of eevery pixel in the file. The code untul now: using UnityEngine; using System.Collections; using System.IO;

     public class GameController : MonoBehaviour {
 int NOTHING =     0x000000;     // BLACK
 int WALL =         0x424200;     // DARK YELLOW
 int TREASURE =     0x008473;     // MEDIUM GREEN
 int EXIT =         0x004200;    // DARK GREEN

 public Transform wall0, exit, treasure;
 Texture2D[] texture2D;
 string[] levels = {"Sprites/level0.png"};
 int w, h;

 void Start () {
     int i;
     for (i=0; i<levels.Length; i++) {
         Texture2D tex = LoadPNG (levels[i]);
         texture2D[i] = tex;
         w = texture2D [i].width;
         h = texture2D [i].height;
     }
     CreateLevel (texture2D [0]);
 }

 void CreateLevel(Texture2D texture2D){
     int i, j;
     Color pixel;

     w = texture2D.width;
     h = texture2D.height;
     for (i=0; i<w; i++) {
         for (j=0; j<h; j++) {
             Transform toCreate = null;
             pixel = texture2D.GetPixel(i, j);
             Debug.Log (pixel);
             /*
             if (pixel == PixelCode.NOTHING)
                 break;
             else if (pixel == PixelCode.WALL)
                 toCreate = wall0;
             else if (pixel == PixelCode.EXIT)
                 toCreate = exit;
             else if (pixel == PixelCode.TREASURE)
                 toCreate = treasure;
                 */
             if (toCreate != null){
                 Transform newObject = Instantiate(toCreate, new Vector3(i, j, 0), Quaternion.identity) as Transform;
             }
         }
     }
 }

 public static Texture2D LoadPNG(string filePath) {
     Texture2D tex = null;
     byte[] fileData;
     Debug.Log ("FP = " + filePath);
     if (File.Exists(filePath)){
         fileData = File.ReadAllBytes(filePath);
         tex = new Texture2D(2, 2);
         tex.LoadImage(fileData); //..this will auto-resize the texture dimensions.
     }
     else
         Debug.Log ("File " + filePath + " not exists.");
     return tex;
 }
      }

More, the file level0.png is reported as non-existent if is present in the folder. What to do ? Thx.
