Trying to learn javascript (issues whit functins)

Hello i'm learing (at least trying) javascript on unity 5 and Visual Studio community 15 using this guide http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/newbie-guide-to-unity-javascript-long.34015/ but when i try to run this script

 function SayHello() {
     Debug.Log("Hello world");
 }

should show "hello world" in console, but the only thing that show is :

There are inconsistent line endings in the 'Assets/NewBehaviourScript.js' script. Some are Mac OS X (UNIX) and some are Windows. This might lead to incorrect line numbers in stacktraces and compiler errors. Many text editors can fix this using Convert Line Endings menu commands.

What should I do? Can someone explain me the problem? Thanks.

The message you are seeing is a warning that was produced when the script was compiled. You can safely ignore that message.

In order to see this actual script run you need to hit the play button in the editor. The script must be attached to an object in the scene (for example, the camera). Finally, you will need to provide the connection that runs your function. I recommend you put this in the start function so the code is executed once on scene start:

 function Start() {
    SayHello();
 }

To summarize, in the scene you have a Camera game object with your script attached. The script contains two functions: function Start() { SayHello(); }

 function SayHello(){
    Debug.Log("Hello world");
 }

When you click play you should see "Hello world" in the console output.
