How to climb a slope

I have a prism and a cube. I want to make cube to climb on the prism. The cube has Rigidbody and Box collider attched. The prism has Rigidbody attached, "Use Gravity" unchecked, "Is Kinematic" unchecked. The cube has attached the following script

  public class Climbing : MonoBehaviour {
 float speed = 5f;
 bool isGrounded = false;
 Rigidbody rb;
 // Use this for initialization
 void Start () {
 }

 void Update () {
     if (Input.GetKey (KeyCode.LeftArrow)) transform.Translate ((new Vector3(-1f,0f,0f)) * Time.deltaTime*speed);
     if (Input.GetKey (KeyCode.RightArrow)) transform.Translate ((new Vector3(1f,0f,0f)) * Time.deltaTime*speed);
     if(isGrounded && !Mathf.Approximately(Input.GetAxis ("Vertical"), 0f))
         rb.AddForce(transform.forward * Input.GetAxis ("Vertical") * speed * Time.deltaTime);
 }

 void OnTriggerExit (Collider other) {
     if (other.gameObject.CompareTag ("prism")) isGrounded = false;
 }

 void OnTriggerEnter (Collider other) {
     if (other.gameObject.CompareTag ("prism")) isGrounded = true;
 }

}

How to make the cube to climb the slope of the prism ?
