How to know my product have a review and rate from customer?

i found many comment in my product, but i know it after a long time, not immediately. i'm going to setting notification, and nothing setting about a publisher have a review about the AS product. i'm just see like that: images

Please, help me. maybe someone know about my proble. thanks.
