Setactive (true) after being set to false C#

Hey guys, I am making a mobile game and I want to set my game over UI to active when player health = 0. And it works but It only works once. alt text

The reactive script is attached to Game over manager.

Game over UI actives fine once.

[My code]

 void Start () {
         playerhealthscript = GameObject.Find("Player").GetComponent<playerhealth>();
         UI = GameObject.Find("gameover UI");
     }
     
     // Update is called once per frame
     void Update () {
     
 foreach (Transform child in this.transform)
 
             {
             if(playerhealthscript.health <=0){
                 child.gameObject.SetActive(true);
             }
         }
     }
 }


please help me solve this problem Thanks
