Waiting some minute before can launch the level

I so i search how to make the player can make like 10 level and after he need to wait a number of minute like 10 to can play again or he need to pay to can play and not wait . so i have search and i find nothing so i have thinking to take time data when the player have done the number of level and need to wait like for exemple 10 minute but i don't really know how i can make it ?
