How to create the finish line script

I am creating a game and am having trouble inserting the finish line script. The player cars need to finish once crossing the finish line. I can not figure out what script to use.

An easy way to do this would be to add a collider to the finish line gameobject and set it to a trigger. After you did this you can write a simple script using the OnTriggerEnter() function. I'll write a quick example below:

 function OnTriggerEnter(col : Collider) {
 if(col.tag == "Player") {
 //Do something like finishing the game or changing the scene
 }
 }
