The svg renderer for unity

Hello i want to ask if exists asset for unity that basically render svg data in real time, what i mean i don't need to render it on importing to unity but to be rendered from current data (which important might be different from in svg file data since i would apply few modifiers for data). If it doesn't understand i want to have a highly customizable game with characters having multiple outfits (and easy made to add new ones - so easy made to mode without needs of source code), also having something similar to morphs for 3d models (so basically i can make character thinner, higher, etc. where i basically modify anchor points, apply modified parts to animation (replace elements with fitting parts to modified elements) and render it for character, but important from what i want import is some svg file with basic shape of human parts, the other ones are basic shapes for clothes etc., but the color, size etc. are modified for different characters(objects) depends on their values). I read about svgassets but to be truthful what is write on it doesn't sounds good, since what i think that asset create atlas at running then gets the parts from atlas but if it's true or there is a way to create it during runtime, also one thing i didn't mentioned i want to have different size of created characters depends on scene (like on map having small characters, and in building having big ones).

There are few plugins which can import SVG on Asset Store: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/search/page=1/sortby=relevance/query=svg
But they all convert shapes to meshes at import time. I haven't seen any dynamic solution yet...
