When an Animation is enabled, it hides the mesh during build.

Hi, I dont know if this question has been asked before but I couldnt find a solution. I have a gun with an animation that runs once its fired, It works 100% in the editor and when I tested it using Unity Remote, but if I build it and launch it on my phone, the gun mesh disappears. I know this is the fault of the Animation because once I disable it, it shows. The gun stays at the same spot, and I confirmed this by making the camera look at the gun.

The only code I have is for running the animation, everything else isn't relevant. Any ideas as to whats causing this?

Hrm. This is a tricky one. The first place to look is any Platform specific directives you may have. The second thing to address is the flipped coordinates of the mobile screen with regards to usage of ViewPort/Screen/World point and ray functions.

Beyond this, the two likely scenarios are

1) The Animation drastically changes the position of the object. Address this with the Position Baking buttons of the Animation Import Tab, when clicking on the original model Import. (Root motion error?)

2) All vertices are moving to the same spot. No idea how to address this one yet but I've experienced it in situations like Animation Retargetting where the vertex information is simply different /changed and no longer bound to the animation.
