How do I select a package to upload in Asset Tools?

I have created my Publisher Information and a package on the website and it will display in the Package Upload in Asset Store Tools but how do I select the asset to upload?

I have a folder in my project in Unity under Assets which has the files to include but I do not have an option to select any files or folder to upload. The Package Upload only shows a search box and my package name under it. No option to add a package,
