My Navigator is gone?! How to fix it?

What do you mean by "Navigator", the hierarchy of your scene ?

It is called the "Scene Gizmo".

You showed a screenshot of the GAME window. The scene gizmo is in the SCENE window. Also the gizmo is only visible in the scene window if you are NOT in 2D mode.
