Created Prefab of Canvas, Deleted Prefab and Canvas got erased as well

Created Prefab of Main Menu(Canvas) into Project, Deleted Prefab in Project and MainMenu in Scene says 'prefab missing'

How can my mainmenu break when I delete a copy of it?
