W Hotkey Bugged

So for some reason it started happening all of a sudden. Where RMB+W was once moving forward on scene view and W was the axis mode, now it sometimes bugs out and starts doing weird things - it basically jumps to the object I have selected on the scene every time I press W (a little like F, but it changes angles a little bit every time). I've tried resetting the hotkeys to default - doesn't work. One of my co-workers also has the same affliction. What can I do about it?
