Pinball flippers, phantom flippers help!

Hey Guys, I'm having trouble with my pinball game. I'm very new to unity and i'm having trouble with the ball going through the flippers. I have a box collider on both flippers but they don't move with the flippers, instead they just stay still. I appreciate any input.

It is very strange. Try deleting the collider and putting it back again

I've tried that, but then the ball goes through the flippers
