You cannot install an apk in Unity.

But i guess what you meant here was "if there is any way to update your android app via code, so that it downloads and the apk and installs it on its own."

I don't know exactly if there is any way how to do it. There might be.

But why do you need so? Google play store updates the apk (or at least shows the notification if the update is available), so why bother yourself by doing extra work?

Ok. Thanks for replies.

$$anonymous$$y project is for school students. In the school there is a local server that is synced with my web server on internet and fetch videos, 3d models and ... from it, there is many tablets in school that my unity project is on these and load these videos and 3d models via assets bundle from local server.

These tablets are not connected to internet and must get data from local server in school.

So my question is, if i release new version of project how these tablets can be updated to new version in simplest way? (each month maybe there is new version)

I want this way be as much as possible automatically. I don't want install new version manually on each device because There might be many tablets and schools in the future.
