Serial Communication-Best Practise

Hi everyone,

I have been working on unity3D and arduino since Jan this year due to my project. I am doing serial communication between arduino and unity. But there are many problems with unity. So I wanted to know what are the best way to communicate between unity and arduino with MPU. I was searching and found out about OSC thing, processing sketches, some used Teensy, and there is plugin called uniduino. Please comment with your suggestions and it would be great if you can POINT which method should be used in which condition.
