Deploying to Android with Unity Pro, without Android Pro

I would like to subscribe to Unity Pro. I would however like to first do the pro upgrade and only subscribe to the Android Pro add-on once we are ready to ship. My question is whether I can continue to do "Free" tier exports to Android in the mean time - meaning after subscribing to Unity Pro and before adding the Android Pro add-on.

While this question was asked previously, the answers I could find were from 2013 and licences have changed since then, so I'd like a more current answer. Thank you.
