Problem with unity Web Player

Hello ! I made format recently, and i downgrade from windows 10 to windows 7(SP1). I installed the webplayer in order to play games on kongregate e.t.c, and when i open a game i see this:

and it asks me if i want to download a .zip containing some .dll's. The exact url of the .zip file is this:

I uninstalled unity, restart computer, install it, restart it, but i got nothing again. Please, any help ?
