Are you no longer supporting licenses?

So when I login to my account I can only get access to subscriptions (i have none, I have three Pro licenses for my team). I can't get access to my licenses, I can't see what is happening.

I freed a license from one of my boxes to put it on another box. It seems to have freed just fine from the box that was licensed but I can't move it. When I enter any of the licenses I have I get "maximum in use" but you see, that can't be because I just freed one.

I did send a message to support and was told you would get back to me in FIVE DAYS..... FIVE DAYS?? Seriously you expect me to pay my staff to sit on their thumbs for five days while I wait for you to get back to me on this? I can't afford that, what business can?

So if there is anyone out there willing to get in touch with me and help me get my license working again, please contact me asap. I have contacted support, sales, and left two voice messages since no one is answering your contact us support line.
