Shader Problem with tex2D / tex2DLod

Hello, I wonder if someone could please help me. The shader worked in Unity 4 but not in Unity 5.

This block:

             float3x3 img3x3(sampler2D _DispTex, float2 tc, float ts, int ch)
             {
                 float   d = 1.0/ts; // ts, texture sampling size
                 float3x3 c;
                 c[0][0] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc + float2(-d,-d).xy)[ch];
                 c[0][1] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc + float2( 0,-d))[ch];
                 c[0][2] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc + float2( d,-d))[ch];

                 c[1][0] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc + float2(-d, 0))[ch];
                 c[1][1] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc                )[ch];
                 c[1][2] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc + float2( d, 0))[ch];

                 c[2][0] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc + float2(-d, d))[ch];
                 c[2][1] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc + float2( 0, d))[ch];
                 c[2][2] = tex2D(_DispTex,tc + float2( d, d))[ch];

                 return c;
             }

throws console error: cannot map expression to vs_4_0 instruction set

Searching for an answer I found this: Replace tex2D with tex2Dlod

When I do this

             float3x3 img3x3(sampler2D _DispTex, float2 tc, float ts, int ch)
             {
                 float   d = 1.0/ts; // ts, texture sampling size
                 float3x3 c;
                 c[0][0] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc + float2(-d,-d).xy)[ch];
                 c[0][1] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc + float2( 0,-d))[ch];
                 c[0][2] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc + float2( d,-d))[ch];

                 c[1][0] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc + float2(-d, 0))[ch];
                 c[1][1] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc                )[ch];
                 c[1][2] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc + float2( d, 0))[ch];

                 c[2][0] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc + float2(-d, d))[ch];
                 c[2][1] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc + float2( 0, d))[ch];
                 c[2][2] = tex2Dlod(_DispTex,tc + float2( d, d))[ch];

                 return c;
             }

Console error: 'tex2Dlod': no matching 2 parameter intrinsic function; Possible intrinsic functions are: tex2Dlod(sampler2D, float4|half4|min10float4|min16float4)

I did google the latter error, but am too unfamiliar with Shader programming as to figure out what exactly I would have to do to fix the issue.

Check your shader size, every compilation target has size limitations, and in 3.0 limitation is quite significant for complex effects, so you may need to define bigger target in #pragma target or remove some code.
