Inspector : Light : Type -> Area Light ( baked only ) ? Was it working too with this setting before?

Edit : I tried in deferred, i have the same view as you in the editor : visible in deferred and not in forward.

What I re$$anonymous$$d is that forward rendering have a limited number of active light. $$anonymous$$aybe that's the problem? Let's try something;

Can you go in Edit > Project Settings > Quality, and change the pixel light count to a higher value?

Nope =( Already double 2 times the initial value 4 and nothing ... i even deleted half the lights and nothing either, set every light to important and nothing! Nothing seems to get any light from the Area lights! Only the directional light is the only one that always works! Why?! D:
