Multiple Object start overlapping while moving into same path

I am making a game in which there are some enemy object those are patrolling in vertical form they all goes down to the target point then start from the top again. This is how its look like before I start the game

alt text

its all moving totally fine but when I increased the speed lets say 5 to 200 and then change back it to 5 some object start getting closer to each other or overlapping after some time.

This is how its look like after a while moving with the speed of 200

alt text

I have no idea whats going on here Please Help me with this Here is my Patrolling Script.

 public class Petrol : MonoBehaviour {

     //Array of Transforms: These all transform points will be out points
     //in between our object will start moving

     public Transform[] petrolPoints;

     //this will define the speed of our moving object
     public float moveSpeed;

     //this is to store the current point from where object will move to another point
     private int currentPoint;

     // Use this for initialization
     void Start () {
         transform.position = petrolPoints [0].position;
         currentPoint = 0;
     }

     // Update is called once per frame
     void Update () {

         if(transform.position == petrolPoints[currentPoint].position){
             currentPoint++;
         }

         if(currentPoint >= petrolPoints.Length){
             currentPoint = 0;
         }
         transform.position = Vector3.MoveTowards (transform.position,petrolPoints[currentPoint].position,moveSpeed*Time.deltaTime);

     }

 }

I used the Transform[] array to store the patrolling points in which objects will move. Help me how to get rid of this problem of object getting closer and starts overlapping by the time.
