Does using boolean modification in blender makes faces dissapear in unity?

Hello,
I am trying to model a building with using boolean modification. But when I export model to unity some faces are missing even normals are toward outside? Is it related to boolean modification? Can I do anything to prevent this or should I give up using boolean modification.

Looking at that image the problem isn’t the modifier. The problem is the normal’s aren’t realigned.
