File structure of the exported WebGL data file and to extract script files from it

After building my project for WebGL I noticed that all the assets files are bundled in a single data file "TEST.data" which will be loaded by the player to construct the game. So, I used binwalk to look around the structure of this file, and this is what I found:

So I tried to extract the ARJ file as it seems to contain the script files but it was corrupted. Please any one knows the process of creating the data file and how assets are bundled in it.
