Building with Extensions

T$$anonymous$$s is just a simple question when I build a game is an extension I install included in the build? I would like to know because I would like to keep the app size small w$$anonymous$$le still being able to use extensions. When I say extension I mean editor extensions like t$$anonymous$$s: Rainbow Folders. Thanks in advance!
