in inspector,"script" shows None,and icon is white,script cann't be found and edit

this is a microsoft galaxy explorer demo ,it can run well.

maybe I found answer. "POI Fader" is defined in a Class which name is not "POI Fader". when use AddComponent in code ,it made Inspector like this .
