Is Donate Functionality in an Android app possible?

In my Android app destined for the Google Play store, I want buttons in my app that you can press to donate money to charities. Is t$$anonymous$$s possible ...or even allowed by Google?

If so, w$$anonymous$$ch method can I use? Google Play, Paypal or somet$$anonymous$$ng else?

Can I use a plugin that already exists to get t$$anonymous$$s done?

As far as I can tell there are plenty of IAP systems/plugins that can get money into my own bank account but I cant find anyt$$anonymous$$ng where I can put that money directly into other people's accounts.

Can anyone help?
