Help with a game similar to angry birds

Hi, I am new to Unity and I am still learning. really hope that someone would be able to guide me for some problems I am facing. Really in need of this help.. I'm doing on a C# code and a 2D game.

Currently, I am doing on this game which is quite similar to angry birds, However, my catapult is not working. not working meaning when I drag/ stretch, nothing is moving. I've checked the code and it is the same as the tutorial I got from. Sometimes, the catapult can work but sometimes, it cannot be work. There's a time when it can totally be worked but after I proceed to the design wise, it cannot work already. I've already tried every single ways to solve, researching online, tried to re-do, but it still couldn't work.

Can anyone please help me on this problem? I will really appreciate for the help you provided. Thanks.
