How to combine these shader functions ?

    fixed4 frag (v2f i) : SV_Target
              {
                  float t = length(i.texcoord - float2(0.5, 0.5)) * 1.41421356237; // 1.141... = sqrt(2)
                  return lerp(_ColorA, _ColorB, t + (_Slide - 0.5) * 2);
              }
              half4 frag (v2f IN) : COLOR
             {
                 if ((IN.texcoord.x<0) || (IN.texcoord.x>_Width) || (IN.texcoord.y<0) || (IN.texcoord.y>_Length))
                 {
                     half4 colorTransparent = half4(0,0,0,0) ;
                     return colorTransparent;
                 }
                 else
                 {
                     half4 tex = tex2D(_MainTex, IN.texcoord);
                     tex.a = IN.color.a;
                     return tex;
                 }
             }

How could i combine these to frag functions to have the functionality of both. Thank you. I want to use this shader in the answer here http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/1016159/radial-gradient-c.html with the alpha component of sprite being respected.
